Inspired by our beloved Southeast Asian sweet treat, this delightful treat comprises of fluffy pandan sponge layered with gula melaka (palm sugar) chantilly cream and homemade crunchy coconut candy. Covered in coconut chantilly cream and white coconut flakes, its bound to bring out the Singaporean in you with "Oh! not too sweet!".
